Summer season( mid June – mid September)minimum stay 6 nights.
Holiday weekends minimum 3 nights stay.
All other dates minimum 2 nights stay.

Bookings can be made up to one year in advance.
12 person max for Beachfront House and Cabins property includes day visitors or evening guests.
No parties or weddings allowed.
Pets are not allowed in the house or on the property- no exceptions please. No smoking please.
Initial deposit will be refunded if written notice of cancellation is received 120 days or more before the beginning of your reservation dates, minus a $300 booking fee. No refunds will be given when written notice of cancellation is received less than 120 days before the beginning of your stay. All rates subject to WA State and Island County tax.
All rates subject to WA State and Island County tax, currently 10.8%.
