Additional Details

Summer season: minimum stay 7 nights mid-June through Labor Day. Cleaning fee $250, ($150 for 8 or fewer guests). Checks or money order preferred; Credit cards accepted with a 2.5% credit card convenience fee.

14 person max for House and Cabins at all times, 10 person max for House only.

No parties or weddings allowed.

Pets are not allowed in the house or on the property- no exceptions please. No smoking please.

Initial deposit will be refunded if written notice of cancellation is received 90 days or more before the beginning of your reservation dates, minus a $300 booking fee. If written cancellation of your reservation is received between 45 and 90 days prior to the beginning of your stay, $300 of your deposit will be refunded. Failure to make payments when due will result in cancellation of the Agreement. No refunds will be given when written notice of cancellation is received less than 45 days before the beginning of your stay. All rates subject to WA State and Island County tax.
