Pets are not allowed in the house or on the property- no exceptions please. No smoking please.
Initial deposit will be refunded if written notice of cancellation is received 120 days or more before the beginning of your reservation dates, minus a $300 booking fee. No refunds will be given when written notice of cancellation is received less than 120 days before the beginning of your stay. All rates subject to WA State and Island County tax.
